Dubbed Beneath the Ashes, the first episode will have Lara Croft crawl under the ruins on the Croft Manor as she uncovers a massive series of caverns and crypts used to protect and hide a deadly source of power. The pack contains six new costumes and an additional 125 achievement points.
The company will say nothing more about the features of the episode. However, you can be certain that Lara’s trip in the Manor’s basement won’t result into an encounter with either Batman or Captain Caveman. Both of them as trademarks and we doubt that Eidos has the money to rent them ofr a guest appearance.
The statement comes one day after the previously announced release date for the first episode, January 21. Hopefully, there won’t be any more such announcement on dates like February 11 or March 11 and Eidos will somehow manage to deliver the episodes on time for a change.
