Nintendo Announces Two DS Bundles
This Friday will see two Nintendo DS special bundles take their comfortable seats on the shelves. The company hopes they won't stay there for too long.

The second pack comes in pink and will remind everyone that it's a “dog eat dog” world by including Nintendogs: Best Friends. Needless to say, the custom engraving on this bundled console is a paw print.
"Nintendo DS remains the portable system of choice for gamers," says George Harrison, Nintendo of America's senior vice president of marketing and corporate communications. "Our new bundles will be collector's items for current gamers while offering an attractive way for people new to video games to play with style."
The packages will leave Nintendo's warehouses with no price tag attached, allowing gamers to get them for free. Wait, I was just kidding. Given the fact that the bundles hit the market on the Black Friday, retailers will have the honor (and the complementary headache) to set the prices themselves.
Still, the consoles go for around $130 and the game + console pack is about $30 more, so do expect a price around these figures.
13.6 million DS units have been sold in the US since the console's release, with 4.5 million sold this year.
