Ballmer chose to say nothing about any links between the Xbox 360 and Sony’s format. However, adding a Blu-ray drive to the console would be the the first thing coming to mind and the two companies are sure to have negiciations and development plans on their agenda.
All in all, this statement serves only to confirm what Stan Glasgow, Sony Electronics US president had stated last week: Sony, Microsoft and Apple have been talking about the adoption of Blu-ray.
