While the site is notorious for its activity, the documents filed only mention the copyright infringement of four applications, nine movies, and 22 music tracks.
Nevertheless, all four defendants might face up to two years of imprisonment, as well as fines of up to $188,000.
The Sweden vs. The Pirate Bay lawsuit names all four of the site owners: Fredrik Neij (TiAMO), Gottfrid Svartholm Warg (Anakata), Peter Sunde (Brokep) and businessman Carl Lundström.
