According to the report in Le Monde, only eight suspects are adults and the oldest one in the group is only 25 years-old. The youngest member of the group was reported to be only 14.
The group will be charged with attacks performed on sites belonging to 34 businesses located in France, Russia and Iceland, stated prosecutor Jean-Pierre Alacchi.
The lawsuits will begin this June and, if convicted, the suspects could end up for 2 years behind bars and a €30,000 fine for simple intrusion, plus a bonus of five more years in the slammer and an additional fine for destroying company data.
The hacckers apparently brought all this trouble upon themselves, after bragging about their activities on an online forum.
