The iPhone got the silver medal in the CoolBrands top, while Apple followed close for the bronze award. The crown and scepter went to car-maker Aston Martin. The car being featured in the James Bond movies, a strong boost for the brand.

The IT sector managed to claim other 3 places in the top 10, with YouTube placed on the 5th, Google is next on no. 6 and Nintendo on 7th.

Two other companies managed to get included in the next 10 steps of thee ladder. Sony and its PlayStation brand are placed on no 15 and 16, while Facebook barely made it in the top 20, two places above the bottom line.
