Staples Will Retail Dell Machines
Dell is struggling to maintain its plummeting market share and forging new business alliances is a key factor. The latest company to lend a helping hand is Staples.

The first products to hit the Staples stores will include the following:
- Inspiron 1721 and 1521 notebooks
- Inspiron 530 desktops
- Dell 948 and 926 all-in-one inkjet printers
- Dell 1320c laser printer
- Dell SE198WFP 19-inch widescreen flat panel LCD monitor
- Dell E228WFP 22-inch widescreen flat panel LCD monitor
At present time Dell is the world's second largest PC vendor, behind Hewlett Packard. Dell still holds the pole position in the US (28.0% market share), but even there HP is not far behind (24.3%).
