Ubisoft come swith good news: the next chapter in the Prince of Persia saga will land in stores on December 2.
The game will be released on Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3. The Nintendo DS title Prince of Persia: The Fallen King will be released on the same day.
The new PoP game comes with a fresh new Prince, who finds himself caught in an epic battle between the primal forces of light and darkness: the God of Light, Ormazd versus his brother Ahriman, the destructive God of Darkness.
The Prince comes on the stage just in time to witness the destruction of the legendary Tree of Life – an act which threatens to plunge the entire world into eternal darkness. Disaster strikes and, thus,the Prince must partner with Elika, a deadly companion, to heal the world from the evil Corruption, a dark substance that physically contaminates the land and the skies.
In Prince of Persia: The Fallen King, the hero flees to a deserted kingdom that seemingly offers sanctuary. Alas, the new kingdom has already been touched by the evil Corruption, so the Prince must seek a way to fight the spreading dark menace. During his battle, he encounters a partially infected creature that promises salvation. But is the creature truly an ally or merely an enemy in disguise?
