Apple released the 10.5.2 update for its latest OS, which is aimed to fix some of the most-common user complaints. The translucent menubar and a Dock's "Stacks" quick fix are on top of the list.
Users proved to be quite unhappy with the new telescoping list of files featured in the Stacks feature for the Dock. The update will allow users to revert (if they like) to the previous behavior, which had folders showing up as hierarchical menus, as well as adding the sorting abilities introduced in Stacks
Also in the “improvements” department, the update enables the user to replace the translucent menubar with a solid, grayish one.
